The first step is EVALUATION. Looking through the lens of Lean Six Sigma methods and project management best practices we evaluate the full breadth of your current process and identify opportunity areas for improvement which typically include:

We train not only your project managers but also the cross functional team, including clarifying roles and responsibilities and providing the necessary coaching whether it’s for managing change or performance. In certain situations, training is extended to vendors and partners.
