Over the next 12 months, Participants will meet in person once a month for four hours to develop strategies, network for growth, establish personal and organizational goals and commit to a monthly action plan. Each session, participants will review RESULTS and progress from the previously committed plan – we will dive deep to understand what worked, what did not work and where the block or opportunity is and how to overcome it. Along the way, Participants will have the opportunity to engage in 1:1 Executive Coaching at specific intervals to ensure maximum RESULTS! Networking with other High Performance peers will drive new ideas and objective, breakthrough plans. At the conclusion of the program, Participants and Managers join together to share and celebrate successes and wins at our unique Graduation Ceremony highlighting each Participants outstanding RESULTS!
