FAQs
That depends on you and what you are trying to accomplish.
Each session is 50 minutes and coaching clients choose either single or multi sessions, depending on their needs.
Single sessions are useful when you have an immediate need such as a hot issue, a difficult discussion to prepare for, you’re starting a new job or role, or you need to make an important decision and need some support and guidance.
Many people prefer bundled multi-sessions that involve meeting with your coach weekly or biweekly for a period of 3 to 6 months. Just knowing that you have a meeting with your coach booked can often alleviate a hot issue because it gives you the assurance of knowing that you have a forum to work it out with someone who cares and is on your side. Multi-session programs are also helpful if you have long term goals that you want to achieve.
